Dr Michael Beckett (MBBS, DCH, DRANZCOG, FRACGP) was born in rural WA, grew up in suburban Perth and studied medicine at The University of Western Australia graduating as a doctor with a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery in 2003. After working for several years in a wide range of hospital positions, Dr Beckett completed his post-graduate training in family medicine with a focus on surgery and vasectomy.

Dr Beckett has performed thousands of vasectomies for over 10 years using the No-Scalpel, Open-Ended Vasectomy technique, which has been proven to be less invasive with a far lower complication rate than traditional methods.
